I'm out of shape and behind on everything. Is this for me?
Yes. RH is built for the man who's been telling himself "next Monday" for years. We don't need you to be ready — we need you to decide. The first call is where we figure out the gap and build the plan.
How is this different from a normal personal trainer?
A trainer fixes your workout. RH rebuilds your week. You get two coaches — one for the body, one for the mind — plus the systems that make either of them stick. Most men don't fail at fitness. They fail at the life around it.
Why 15 weeks instead of 12?
Twelve weeks is how long it takes to see a change in the mirror. Fifteen is how long it takes for the change to outlive the program. The last three weeks (Phase III) are supervised independence — you run the system without hand-holding while we're still in your corner. That's the difference between a transformation and a temporary diet.
What does the weekly schedule actually look like?
Daily check-ins (text or app), one weekly 1-on-1 call with Rylan on body and training, one weekly call with Hunter on mindset and systems, plus access to us between calls when resistance hits. Your plan is custom to your time, not the other way around.
What's the $19 application fee for?
It exists to filter. Free calls fill up with men who want to talk about changing — paid calls fill up with men who are ready to. If we're not the right fit, you get the $19 back. If we are, it's credited toward the program. It's not a revenue line, it's a door.
